Dann Loewenthal and Corey Pulver formed CDA Insurance with the purpose of offering residents of the State of Washington individual medical insurance plans.

For years Washington residents lacked options in the individual market, and they also lacked independent agencies that were interested in helping clients with the products that were available.

In a very short period of time, CDA Insurance became one of the largest agencies specializing in individual medical insurance plans in Washington.

Since the merger in 2007 CDA Insurance has continued to grow and serve our clients with the products and support that they seek. We have continued to grow by adding Medicare products in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Texas and Utah.

Lowinsure.com was started in Eugene Oregon, by Dann Loewenthal in 1995. Since its inception, it has been a leader in the sales of Health Insurance in Lane and Douglas Counties for many companies. We serve Eugene, Springfield, Cottage Grove, Roseburg, Medford, Florence, Coos Bay, Junction City, Corvallis, Albany and all of Oregon.

The services which we supply are free to our clients, we are paid by the companies we represent. So there is never a service charge to you from our agency. So let us take the hassle out of shopping for insurance.

IQ Partners began as the InsuranceQuest.com web site in February, 1998 that was designed and owned by Corey K Pulver. The initial goal of the site was to assist people in Oregon in understanding their health insurance options using technology to make the process easier and more comfortable.
