CDA Insurance

CDA Insurance was formed to help Washington residents with individual medical insurance, and today supports Medicare clients in the states we serve.

For years Washington residents lacked options in the individual market, and they also lacked independent agencies that were interested in helping clients with the products that were available.

In a very short period of time, CDA Insurance became one of the largest agencies specializing in individual medical insurance plans in Washington.

Since the merger in 2007, CDA Insurance has continued to grow and serve our clients with the products and support that they seek. We have continued to grow by adding Medicare products in Idaho and Texas, with more states to come.

The Founders

Dann Loewenthal

Dann started as an independent agent and built Lowinsure.com in Eugene, Oregon in 1995. His focus was in the sales of Health Insurance in Lane and Douglas Counties for many companies. He served Eugene, Springfield, Cottage Grove, Roseburg, Medford, Florence, Coos Bay, Junction City, Corvallis, Albany and all of Oregon.

He brought great relationships with clients, Insurance Carriers and his personal skills were appreciated by our employees over the years.

The services which we supply are free to our clients; we are paid by the companies we represent. So there is never a service charge to you from our agency. Let us take the hassle out of shopping for insurance.

Corey Pulver

Corey built and launched InsuranceQuest.com in February, 1998. The initial goal of the site was to assist people in Oregon in understanding their health insurance options using technology to make the process easier and more comfortable.

InsuranceQuest.com was an early pioneer in the online quoting and online application arena making our first step in the quoting and applications for international medical and international travel insurance helping clients all around the world to research and buy the coverage that they needed.

Over time after the merger of Loewenthal Insurance and InsuranceQuest, Corey's role was primarily to build and maintain our websites and technology we use on the back end.

Tiffany Jackson

Tiffany runs the day-to-day operations serving our clients and the company to maintain the high standards built over time. She has 20 years of experience in the industry and with CDA Insurance.
